Thank you for your recent request for information held by Denbighshire County Council received 19 July 2013 regarding sponsorship.

As set out by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 it will be our aim to respond to your request by 16 August 2013. In some cases, however, we may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this occurs we will advise you of the likely timescale within which the response will be provided.

Under the Freedom of Information Act the Council may charge for disbursement costs (e.g. photocopies, postage). However should there be any such costs, you will be notified of this prior to the commencement of any work.

Thank you for your request for information received 19 July 2013 regarding sponsorship.

I apologise for the delay in responding to your response but the process of searching for the information you required is complete and I can now advise you as follows:

Q1. Under the F.O.I.A. Could I have a .pdf copy of the 'sponsorship' deal (renumeration or other) concerning 'Wybone' (Presumably Wybone Ltd) advertising on 'flower' planters in Coronation Gardens, Prestatyn, Cymru and or any other sites in Prestatyn, Cymru. Relating to their 'support' for DCC and PTC Partnership Could this also include the cost to produce the signs and whom initiated the job.
A1. Wybone Ltd. donated the flower planters and associated signs as a generous gesture towards Prestatyn in Bloom, therefore, there is no sponsorship contract.

Q2. Could it also be confirmed I have the correct 'Wybone.' Namely, Wybone Ltd, Mason Way, Platts Common Industrial Estate, Hoyland, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S74 9TF United Kingdom.
A2. Yes, it is Wybone Ltd., Barnsley.

Q3. And to save multiple FOIA questions could I also request Denbighshire County Councils involvement and Prestatyn in Bloom. Financial or other wise as all three are being 'advertised' as contributing, offering support or otherwise.
A3. Denbighshire County Council has supported/contributed Prestatyn in Bloom by carrying out all its usual functions, i.e plants, street cleansing etc.
