Spirits duty drawback

Dear HM Treasury,

I am trying to find statistics on drawback of spirits duty in the UK.

Are there high level statistics published by HMRC?

I am looking for in general the number of firms applying for drawback, the number that are successful, the average claim and the highest and lowest successful claims.
