Subject: Environmental Information Regulations request - Spillage boilers

Dear First Choice Homes Oldham

A request was put in to first choice homes for sure maintainence ?
For boiler repair? On the 3/3/2022
Before 8pm?

Request was missed and .rebooked,
But a major leak occurred and a small smell of gas dissapeared?the boiler
had been making
Horrendous noises ?

A request was put to sure group .
But they wouldent attend leakage ?

The on call manager was adamant
To phone again early morning 4 / 3 /2020
Sure maintaince is dissgusting state of affairs
For handling emergencey calls ?
