I would like to make a request for all documents, spending plans and accounts which were used to informed senior management's decision that 'if the University did nothing - it would have 35million less than it needed to be financially stable by 2015/16.'

Thank you for your response. Could you please clarify who prepared this document, when and for whom?
Secondly, my request was for all documents, spending plans and accounts which informed the decision that 'if the University did nothing, it would have £35 Million less than it needed to be financially stable by 2015/16.' Can you confirm or deny whether the discussion document in Appendix A is the only document on which this decision was based? If not, may I request that you please provide all other documentation as per the original request.
