Spending on Mayoral Cars

I'd be grateful if you can provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in regards to vehicles used to transport the Mayor of your Local authority.
1) A list of all vehicles owned or leased to the council for the use of transporting the Mayor of your Local authority and:
a) The make and model of each vehicle?
b) The cost of purchasing each vehicle (if not leased) since 2018?
c) The cost of leasing each vehicle (if not purchased) since 2018?
d) The cost of fuel for each vehicle since 2018?
e)The costs associated with maintaining each vehicle since 2018?
f) The cost of insuring each vehicle since 2018?
g) The costs of any parking fees and / or fines / PCNs issued to each vehicle since 2018?
Please provide cost per annum if possible for questions 1b-1g.
2) How many days a week on average is each vehicle used?
3) Is transporting the mayor the primary use of the vehicle? If not, please list other uses?

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request (my reference FOI
No. 279).
The responses are set out next to each question below:
1) A list of all vehicles owned or leased to the council for the use of
transporting the Mayor of your Local authority and:
a) The make and model of each vehicle? One vehicle – Mercedes-Benz E
Class
b) The cost of purchasing each vehicle (if not leased) since 2018? Not
applicable
c) The cost of leasing each vehicle (if not purchased) since 2018?
£5,368.19 plus VAT
d) The cost of fuel for each vehicle since 2018? 2018/19 £736.65; 2019/20
£463.75; 2020/2021 £34.82; 2021/2022 £277.74
e)The costs associated with maintaining each vehicle since 2018? None, as
the maintenance is included in the lease
f) The cost of insuring each vehicle since 2018? Included in overall
insurance for Council vehicles
g) The costs of any parking fees and / or fines / PCNs issued to each
vehicle since 2018? None
2) How many days a week on average is each vehicle used? The usage varies
from week to week. The Mayoral car is used several days each week.
3) Is transporting the mayor the primary use of the vehicle? If not,
please list other uses? Yes
The Council operates a presumption of openness in its access to
information. It provides much information outside the provisions of the
Freedom of Information Act and it will continue to do on a “business as
usual” basis. Persons do not need to engage the statutory provisions to
access all reasonable information about the Council and its services.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with our response, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
