Dear Graham D Jessop,

Hi Graham - thank you for this information but I am actually wanting the annual spend for hard and soft facilities maintenance for west sussex corporate estate i.e. total per annum - the figures you sent me look a little too small to be per annum? please can you clarify and look into the total spend per annual.

many thanks

Yours sincerely,

louise

Dear Ms Hall,

I can confirm that the figures quoted within my response were extracted
from the FM revenue budget monitor for the last full financial year
(2016/17).

These figures being:

·         Hard FM, to include all mechanical, electrical, building fabric
elements and statutory compliance activities              £2,657,000.00

·         Soft FM, to include all cleaning, waste collection, security,
grounds maintenance, fixtures & fittings
£2,194,000.00

Please note that the above revenue figures are for the corporate estate
only and exclude all school & academy costs.
