 2. Start date & duration of Contract?  1^st October 2021 until 30^th
September 2025.

 3. Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration
of the extension?

There is an extension clause, but it hasn’t been specified the duration.

 4. Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is to be either
extended or renewed? No decision has been made.

 5. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the
