With the tender REF:STC1128 (Contract for the provision of duct cleaning
and industrial cleaning services) coming up from The corporate office of
the House of Lords and The Corporate Office of the House of Commons

Can you please disclose how much the parliament is currently spending on
duct cleaning (and industrial cleaning services if they are also providing
it) services from Aqua vent Environmental Services Ltd?

If other providers are providing Industrial cleaning services, who are
these providers and how much are The Houses of Parliament spending on this
service?

Thank you for your request for information as copied below. You asked for
information regarding parliamentary spending on duct cleaning services
from Aqua vent Environmental Services Ltd as well as any other providers
as below.

 1. Can you please disclose how much the parliament is currently spending
on duct cleaning (and industrial cleaning services if they are also
providing it) services from Aqua vent Environmental Services Ltd?

Since July 2013 Parliament has paid the sum of £2,435,238 to Aquavent
Environmental Services Ltd for duct cleaning or other industrial cleaning
services. 

 2. If other providers are providing Industrial cleaning services, who are
these providers and how much are The Houses of Parliament spending on
this service?

Various other suppliers will undertake industrial cleaning either on an
ad-hoc basis or under a term arrangement.  These include Servest Group Ltd
and Imtech Inviron LtdI.  It is not possible to disaggregate the costs of
industrial cleaning from other services provided by these and the other
various suppliers. 

You may, if dissatisfied with the handling of your request, complain to
the House of Commons. Alternatively, if you are dissatisfied with the
outcome of your request you may ask the House of Commons to conduct an
internal review of any decision regarding your request. Complaints or
