Could you tell me how EXACTLY many staff at Enfield Homes have received SPELL training from the National autistic society.
Can you tell me EXACTLY which departments these staff work in and detail their day-to-day activities in dealing with people who have asperger's
Can you tell me EXACTLY how does someone with asperger's contact a suitable qualified SPELL trained member of staff in order to facilitate that person's communication difficulties ?
Please give pathways to demonstrate the procedure
Can you explain in detail why It has NEVER been possible (in over two years) to contact a suitably qualified member of staff who has training in SPELL to facilitate communication problems - and make the reasonable adjustments you are required to make by law.
How does a disabled person with asperger's communicate with enfield homes when enfield homes refuse allow a qualified person to liaise with someone disabled with asperger's ?
is it not obvious even to the stupid at enfield homes that preventing a person with asperger's from talking to a suitably qualified member of staff is discriminatory and unlawful?
How does enfield homes square this disability discrimination with the law - please give EXACT paragraphs from the legislation outlining where you have complied with anti-discrimination law and where you are openly in breach of it - providing full evidence of this compliance.
When are enfield homes going to stop breaking the law?
