Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information
requested.

 

Please provide a list of the number of people fined for speeding in either
mandatory (red) or recommended (green) 20mph in each zone of Aberdeen,
monthly for the last 24 months in CSV format .

We wish to advise you that Police Scotland are responsible for speed
enforcement, not ACC. You  may wish to try contacting them for this
information. Their contact details can be found here:

ACC is unable to provide you with information on the number of people
fined for speeding in either mandatory (red) or recommended (green) 20mph
in each zone of Aberdeen, monthly for the last 24 months in CSV format as
it is not held by ACC.  In order to comply with its obligations under the
terms of Section 17 of the FOISA, ACC hereby gives notice that this
information is not held by it.
