Dear Highways England Company Limited,

Please can you make available the exact time a 40mph speed limit was in force on the 23rd of June 2020 at approximately 18:17pm between junctions 19 and 20 on the M62 (eastbound). The location code for the closest camera is 55073.

Also please can you detail the amount of time given before a motorist must adhere to the enforced speed limit after passing a speed sign. Thank you.

requested, a lane 1 closure was set at 18:05 for a stranded vehicle. The
