Specific offences committed by medical professionals where a case file has been forwarded to the CPS
Dear Gloucestershire Constabulary,
Over the last five years (or whatever number across which this request can be met within FOI'S financial restraints, starting now, and progressing backwards), plse search your crime recording system for the number of the following offences that have resulted in forwarding of a case file to the CPS:
:
8/69 - Care worker ill-treat /wilfully neglect an individual – Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015
79/1 - Attempting to Pervert the Course of Public Justice
67/1 - Perjury - judicial proceedings
in descending order of priority.
In the second and third instances, plse conduct a manual review, as I am interested only in offences committed by medical professionals. This will, by dint of its wording, not be necessary in respect of the first.
Yours faithfully,
Keith Smith
