Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Wealden District Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Wealden District Council,

(a) List all non-domestic properties and their addresses.
(b) The names of the Rate payers referred to above for each property
(c) The reliefs applied to the bill
(d) The exact start date of the reliefs
(e) The exact date the occupier became liable for the bill
(f) The upto date rateable value
