I am writing to you in response to your email of 04/09/24, in which you
expressed concerns with Lancashire County Council's response to your FOI

your FOI request, the County Council has conducted an internal review.
This internal review has been concluded and the County Council is now able

Internal Review Response
For this internal review I have looked through the issues you have raised
and the chronology of this request. I have assessed our handling of your
request against the requirements of the FOIA.
We have discussed your internal review request with the relevant County
Council service. From these discussions, it has become apparent that the
County Council's response to your original request was incorrect. Your
complaint is therefore upheld, and the County Council will now provide you
with a revised response. We apologise for this error which came from a
misunderstanding of your original question.
In answer to your original question, there are no LA maintained
educational establishments in Lancashire which offer post 19 educational
provision for young people with SEN/D.
This response concludes the internal review process. If you remain
dissatisfied you have the right to refer the matter to the Information
