4.       Please supply details of the contract value for the entire contract or lots or service areas
5.       Please supply details of the number of Providers on the framework
6.       Please supply details of the actual contract spend for previous years since 2010 (information supplied as yearly breakdown please)
7.       Please supply details about when is the contract/framework is up for renewal
8.       Please supply details about the procedure for new providers joining the existing framework

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request received on 3
June 2015.  You requested information on:

Please supply the following information:

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification. 
 
I require further information in order to identify and locate the
information you have asked for.
 
In particular, it would be useful to know:

Please could you explain what you mean by "transport policy." Is this for
Special Educational Needs School Transport and Patient Transport Services?
 
Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to begin to process
your request. If I do not receive clarification within three months your
request will be considered to have lapsed. (Under section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public authority need not comply with
a request unless further information reasonably required to locate the
information is supplied).

If appropriate, the information may be provided in paper copy, normal font
size. If you require alternative formats, e.g. language, audio, large
print, etc. then please let me know.
 
For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may
prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an
assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then it will not
be released. You will be informed if this is the case.
 
If the information you request was obtained from or relates to a third
party then they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken on
whether or not to release the information to you.
 
Under Section 12 of the Act, the Council is not obliged to provide the
information if the authority estimates that the costs of complying with
the request would exceed the appropriate limit set by the Freedom of
Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations
2004. The appropriate limit is currently £450 based on a charge at £25 per
hour. We, therefore, may not provide the information requested if the
costs of doing so exceeds the appropriate limit. The Council may however
request that the cost of providing the information is paid.
 
There may therefore, be a fee payable for this information. This will be
considered and you will be informed of the fee payable if this is the
case. In this event the fee must be paid before the information is
processed and released. The 20 day time limit for responses is put on hold
until receipt of the payment.

Transport policies either relating to Special Educational Needs School Transport and to Patient Transport Services. If these are not available, please send a copy of the Councils general Transport Policy that is non staff related.
