Special Education Needs Disability data for primary and secondary schools

Hello,

can the council please provide special education needs disabilities (SENDS) figures for each school (primary and secondary). These need to be split between statements, note in Lieu’s, school action plus and school action. Can these numbers then be expressed as a percentage of the total number of pupils at the school for the years 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013
