Dear Ms Corderoy
Freedom of Information Act request – F0020458
Thank you for your information request dated 9 November 2021.
You asked:
For Q2 2021 (a) State how many FOI requests were sent to SpADs for
clearance/approval/that they wished to have sight of. (b) For those
requests, provide their reference numbers. (c) Provide copies of the FOI
requests that were sent to SPaDS.
Please find attached the FoI requests that were sent to SpAds for
clearance in that time period.
Each request has a unique title, so you can see how many requests were
sent to SpAds, including any related attachments.
In a few cases, the reference number for the request has not been found.
For clarity:
o Information that was in the original document and highlighted as due
for redaction has been deleted; otherwise you would be able to see
information that the original requestor has not been able to see.
o Requesters’ names and addresses have also been deleted for data
protection purposes.
o In a few cases, only spreadsheets or stand-alone documents were sent
onto SpAds for clearance, without the covering FoI response, so these
are included here as stand-alone documents.
