Southend Official Receiver Justin Dionne what date did he move office?

The request was successful.

Dear Insolvency Service,

Southend Official Receiver Justin Dionne what date did he move office?

What date did Southend Insolvency Service Official Receiver Justin Dionne move office and where.

What was the reason for his move, was it anything to do with filing applications from Southend Insolvency Service Office into a court that did not have jurisdiction to hear application from his office?

For instance cases that belonged to Chatham Insolvency Service Office?

Yours faithfully,

Deb Williams

How is it possible for one O/R in Southend Insolvency Office to make an application to a court that does not have jurisdiction to hear an application from that office according to their own website.

To extend a bankruptcy order date (basically forever) on behalf of a different O/R at Chatham Insolvency Service Office, who the court would have had jurisdiction over, if they had made the application.

Why did the O/R at Chatham Insolvency Office who did NOT make the application turn up at the court but whose name did not appear on the order.

Why was this held in a probate court in secret with the public refused entry, yet nothing was marked on the order as sitting in private .

What happened to the district judge that made the order did they get promoted to circuit judge in a different area.
