Thank you for sending copies of the minutes of the meetings requested. I had hoped that officers' reports to the meetings would accompany the documents. I wonder if it would be possible and you would be kind enough to send me at least any reports or documents that were provided to those attending the meetings on 5th April, 10th May and 14th June?
