Dear Simon Aldwinckle,
I have received the information. Thank you
Yours sincerely,
Neil Fitzmaurice
Dear cdu,
I received information relating to some of the SW Community Assembly meetings but not all. I now discover there were meetings on 10th Jan and 10th Feb details of which have not been sent with the other documents . Could you please check this for me as it was these minutes that I particularly wanted to see along with reports etc relating to them.
Yours sincerely,
Neil Fitzmaurice
Dear Mr Fitzmaurice,
Thank you for your response.
I have looked into this and can confirm that there were also some less
formal related briefing sessions that officers had done for members. I
apologise that these were not included within the first set of emails I
sent to you. They were not done as formally as the ones I sent you
before, but you may find them useful and give you the remaining
information you are after. As they are informal sessions and the
sessions were taken by various officers, there are again a number of
attachments which I will send to you over the next few emails in order
to avoid email size limits and to keep them separated by meeting date
which will hopefully make them easier to read.
There should be 6 further emails following this email which cover
briefing sessions held on 14th December, 13th January, 28th January,
10th February, 15th February and 10th March. Please note that a meeting
was scheduled to be held on 2nd December, but that was cancelled due to
the snow. Can you please let me know if you get the attachments all
through OK?
This covers the 10th February meeting that you mentioned below, but the
only meeting that occurred on 10th January that I can find is the public
one that was originally scheduled for 16th December 2010, but this was
rescheduled due to bad weather. The link for papers etc is
http://www.sheffield.gov.uk/your-city-co...
-assemblies/south-west/agendas/agenda-10th-january-2011. It may be the
13th January meeting which is covered within the emails that you may be
describing.
There was also another public meeting held on 31st March which can be
found here:
http://www.sheffield.gov.uk/your-city-co...
-assemblies/south-west/agendas/agenda-31st-march-2011
Please let me know if there was anything else I can help with.

Dear cdu,
I have still not received minutes of the 10th February meeting. This meeting is comparable with the equivalent January meeting and agendas are similarly composed. While there may be differences in the kind of recording between some meetings, judging from the agenda it seems unlikely there would be no minutes at all. Could you please look into this?
Yours sincerely,
Neil Fitzmaurice
Dear Mr Fitzmaurice,
I have asked the manager of the team who supports the Community Assembly
to double check this for me. Their initial thoughts were that there may
not have been minutes produced for this particular meeting and they
confirmed they do not have any minutes of this meeting filed with the
other related documents. However, they have agreed to check all the
other possible locations and get back to me.
I will let you know the outcome as soon as I can.
Kindest regards
Simon

Dear Mr Fitzmaurice,
I can confirm that there were no formal minutes taken during this
meeting.
However, Tammy Barrass (the Community Assembly manager) has kindly
offered to try and pull together and write up any hand written notes she
can find that were taken at the meeting and send you a copy.

I am the requester. This is a mistake. This FOI request was inadvertently sent twice. This is a duplicate. I have received a response from Sheffield City Council to the original request and am currently awaiting the information.
