South Kilburn Masterplan 2004/ South Kilburn Supplementary Planning Document 2005
Dear Brent Borough Council,
Can I please have digital copies of the South Kilburn Masterplan 2004 and the South Kilburn Supplementary Planning Document 2005.
Both are planning live documents despite 2017 Brent cancellation in terms of land use changes happened, later phasing owner pledges, sustaining protected public rights of way and protecting historic public open spaces. Important while neighbourhood population quintuples towards 2041 and new post 2017 owner plans 'based' on these 'partnership' plans of 2004/2005, confuse and confound local resident consumers with their ever escalating conflicts, ambiguities, evasions and exclusionary approach.
Yours faithfully,
David Walton
