Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

I write regarding the recently introduced 'Healthy Route' traffic filters in Belvedere Road SE1 and Upper Ground SE1.

In response to IRN22016074 you advised that camera enforcement had not yet begun.

If enforcement has now begun, please supply, for the period since enforcement began:

a) the number of vehicles detected in breach of the restrictions
b) the number of warning letters (with no PCN) sent
c) the number of Penalty Charge Notices sent
d) the total value of any PCNs issued in respect of breaches at this location
e) the amount received by the council in respect of said PCNs

The information can be broken down by day or week depending on how the data is held in your records.

Please indicate the first date for which any data is held.

Yours faithfully,

James Hatts
