SOSR investigations
Dear Cardiff Council,
For the last 10 years how many SOSR investigations were carried out involving Council Officers that resulted in employees leaving their employment.
Please indicate what were the reasons for leaving for any such employees.

I obviously am not wording my request for information properly.
I am looking for information where your employees have been through a disciplinary process where there are 4 acceptable reasons in employment law for dismissing an employee.
Misconduct
Capability
Redundancy
Some Other Substantial Reason (SOSR)
As part of the process of terminating an employee the reason for the dismissal must be provided.
I understand that in certain circumstances an employee may be offered an opportunity to resign having signed a compromise agreement. In these circumstances the employee has not been dismissed.
So, over the 10 year period are you saying that no employee has ever left their employment having signed a compromise agreement.
Has any employee refused to sign a compromise agreement and then had their employment terminated. If so, what reason would have been given for their dismissal.
