Can you please provide the number of solicitors who have been struck off for failing to abide by the DPA 2018 and the GDPR.

Are solicitors required to safeguard and only use data where lawfully allowed to do so.

How many complaints have you received and what actions have you taken and how many complaints have been sent onto the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal .
