Dear Hertfordshire County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Hertfordshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'solicitors absent from work through sickness from November 2013 to end of Feb 2014'.

I believe their is some misunderstanding of my request
What I require is the recorded absence due to illness of solicitors during the period requested the names of the solicitors maybe redacted as I am not interested in identifying any one person
What I require is a "snapshot" in time of the sickness record of solicitors employed by Herts CC

How many solicitors were off work due to illness during the period identified when did the sickness commence and when did the solicitors return to work

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

tomcullen
