Solar panels on council housing
Dear Derby Homes,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to know the following:
A) What is the total number of residential houses and flats that Derby Homes currently owns or rents?
B) How many of this Derby Homes' owned or rented homes are currently fitted with solar panels or other solar technology?
C) How many of this Derby Homes' owned or rented homes are currently fitted with heat pump technology?
D) How many of this Derby Homes' owned or rented homes currently score an EPC rating of D, E, F or G?

D) Number of Derby Homes’ owned or rented properties with an EPC rating of
D, E, F, or G (Based on Sava energy monitoring software RDSAP 9.94)
• G: 0 properties
• F: 1 property
• E: 13 properties
• D: 292 properties
Note: The figures above assume that the term “rented” includes both Derby
City Council-owned rental properties and Derby Homes-owned residential
properties.
