4.Detail which positions have been filled as a result of
recommendations by Solace Enterprises.

5. Detail the positions where salary changes took place on the recommendation by Solace Enterprises but the personnel did not change.

As I mentioned in my original response we do not have complete records going back to 1997. However, from the records we do hold, I can confirm that the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has used Solace Enterprises for seven training events and two conferences. In 2004 a consultant was engaged
in relation to a Best Value Review.
