In response to your questions asked under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on 1 August 2019:

AHDB use an integrated ERP solution that encompasses all of the functions listed (Finance, Procurement, Invoicing) so the following responses apply to all three sections.

1.Who is your current provider?
Unit4

2.When does the contract expire, and do you have extension options?
The software support and maintenance contract runs and is renewed annually (January to December)

3.What is the value of the contract?
£34k

4.What is your budget?
As above, £34k

5.When did the contract start?
April 2009

Specifics (Finance)

6.What modules do you use e.g. general ledger?
General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Consolidation, Planner

Specifics (Invoicing)

7.What is your current invoice process?
Sales Ordering module used to create sales orders / invoices. Invoices emailed to customer. Accounts Receivable function handles payments and chases debt.

8.Do you have an electronic invoicing system in place?
As above

9.What is your annual paper usage?
Negligible paper usage within invoicing process
