Advanced Business Solutions

The contract is renewed annually until such point as we have funds to invest in the cost of a new system if we deem the operational needs of the Authority require this.

• What is the value of the contract?

Annual licensing and support is circa £5,000 p/a

• What modules do you use e.g. general ledger?

General Ledger, Sales and Purchase Ledger, Commitment Accounting from purchase and sales orders

• What is your budget?

£5,000 per annum

• When did the contract start?

System was purchased in 2002.

We use the In-Tend procurement portal

We have an initial 3 year contract expiring December 2021. We can extend if economically advantageous on an annual basis. We will ensure we do some market research to ensure we continue to gain value for money.
