CSC - Sarah Humphreys, Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the UK

Dear Mr Wheeler-Bailey

Further to your request regarding ICT systems and contracts (reference
CS.2019.10) the Secretariat for the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in
the United Kingdom (CSC) is provided by the Association of Commonwealth
Universities (ACU). Routine information technology and maintenance is
included in the services provided by the ACU. Therefore, the CSC does not
itself procure any of the systems referred to in your request.

I hope this is helpful.

Yours sincerely
