Software costs for the last three years

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like a breakdown of money spent on software systems per supplier per year for the last three years please.

Please include the name of the application as well.

I would the information as follows:

Supplier,
Software Package,
Cost,
Financial Year,
Purchase / Upgrade / Maintenance (Please indicate if this was a software purchase, an upgrade or a maintenance agreement)

I would also like to know what plans are in place to buy software in the next two years and how much this software is going to cost the council (please include purchase, implementation, training, migration etc. to cover all related costs).
