Building control – this is not applicable as it is a joint service run by
Horsham.

Support and maintenance contract expiring 30/04/2019.  This contract will
be renewed (most likely with the supplier of this application), by
following Crawley Borough Council’s Procurement Code.

There is no expiry date.  We have a maintenance charge we pay annually but
no end date.

 

 

3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

No, we have recently had one

Approximately £20,700

There are annual maintenance payments of £1,800 for each module we use.
 This amounts to £14,000 in total
