3. As with most application software, upgrades are usually carried out
twice annually, we are in the process of upgrading all systems.
4. Northgate iLap: £25,468

Civica Workflow360: £16,855 (Planning & Building Control
only)
5. Planning system is currently under evaluation.

If you are dissatisfied with this response the Commissioner’s Office
recommends that you first refer the matter to the Council. You can do this

letter. The Council will not consider any requests received after this
