1. What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for Planning,

Planning, Public Protection and Environmental Health use Uniform ( Idox)

Licensing currently uses Lalpac, but moving to Uniform within the next 6
months ?

Building Control (shared service, hosted by Wokingham BC) currently using
Uniform but moving away to a separate system (Tascomi) within the next 6
months

 

When does each contract expire ?2.

Uniform – March 2019

Lalpac – March 2019

 

3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

No upgrades scheduled

 

4. How much does each system cost annually?

Uniform - £85000 – includes DMS/PA/Spatial Maintenance etc

Lalpac - £26000

 

5. Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If
so, when? 
No

 

6. How many users / licenses for each system do you have?

Uniform 75

Lalpac – 6

 

7. Who is the person responsible for your Software System? Please provide
