1. What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for Planning, Building control and Public Protection/Licencing/Environmental Health?
2. When does each contract expire ?
3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?
4. How much does each system cost annually?
5. Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If so, when?
6. How many users / licenses for each system do you have?

completed the necessary search for the information requested. Our response

1. What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for Planning,
Building control and Public Protection/Licencing/Environmental Health?

- CONV007 - Hosted Integrated Document Management, Workflow and Back
Office Casework Management System for the Administration of Planning and
Building Standards Applications and Cases.

- CONC002 APP – Authority Public Protection + Regeneration

- Analytical Information Systems (AIS) Ltd provide a Laboratory
Information Management System (LIMS) to Aberdeen Scientific Services
Laboratory

 

2. When does each contract expire ?

CONV007 – 25/10/18 but this is looking to be renewed under the current
contract for a further year, possibly 2 years.

CONC002 – 31 March 2019

LIMS – August 2019

 

3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

CONV007 – No planned upgrades.

APP: System version will be upgraded, however no timescale given as
testing is still underway.

LIMS: No planned upgrades.

 

4. How much does each system cost annually?

CONV007 – (12 x £6,875) = £82,500

CONC002 – £25,833.76

LIMS - £5,448.00

 

5. Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If
so, when?

No recorded information held in relation to this question.

 

ACC is unable to provide you with information on Are you planning to go to
market for a different Software System? If so, when? as it is not held by
ACC. In order to comply with its obligations under the terms of Section 17
