Q1. What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for
Planning, Land Charges, Building control and Public
Protection/Licencing/Environmental Health?

A. Uniform Version 10.3.2 (10.3.2.9 2905) supplied by Idox plc.

 

Q2. When does each contract expire ?

A. It is an out of term contract which is now rolling 12 months.

 

Q3. How much does each system cost annually?

A. Total system costs circa £54k depending on upgrades.

   

Q4. Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If
so, when?

A. No plans are currently in place for software changes.

 

Q5. How many users / licenses for each system do you have?

A. 50 licenses.
