We are not able to calculate caseloads prior to February 2015.
Although we can provide the current average caseload;
The Average case load today 24th Feb 2015 is 19
(adjusting for newly qualified and part time workers)

We plan caseloads with reference to;
- nature of the work
- geographical distance
- skills and experience of staff
- number of children balanced with the number of families
Targets would be in the range of;
- 16 children families from 7-9 families for Child Protection and court work
- 20 children from 8-10 families for assessment work
- 20 children for Looked After Children
