1.            Please can you provide the name, contact number and office
address details for each social work team and department within City of
Edinburgh Council broken down by Adult Services, Children and Families
Services, and Criminal Justice.

2.            Please can you provide the social work managers names, email
address and phone numbers for the individual teams from question 1 within
City of Edinburgh Council.

3. Please can you provide any organisational structure charts for each of
the sectors listed in question 1.
