Social services; risk to child for speaking to NSPC, MP, Member of Parliament, speaking to police, speaking to medical staff or making complaints. Are they using the Gas lighting effect?

The request was refused by Essex County Council.

Dear Essex County Council,

I am writing this FOI with regards to my experience of social services within Essex, which I believe to be acting illegally and not child focused nor in the best interest of the child

My child has just been placed on the child protection register against myself for reporting my ex partner hitting a child. Social workers have fabricated lies about myself. I was the one that got social services involved. They are using what is termed as the "GAS LIGHTING EFFECT"

I have been intimidated by social workers stating that it is a risk to my child to speak to my MP, the NSPCC, make complaints etc. Is this allowed, and is this a risk to a child?

Social workers have told me what to do then used it against me for doing what they told me to do. Is engineering situations legal?

Social workers have also said things in meetings that were known to be false, myself challenging them on what is correct (social workers saying its my perception) and then in reports placing what I said to be true, making the whole meeting me look incompetent and social workers denying what they have said.

1. NSPCC said what I have reported to be a HIGH RISK to a child. Social services said NSPCC are wrong and have NO CONCERNS. Social services said I will have my child removed from my care if I speak to NSPCC. NSPCC have SAID that I am not the first person to have said this.

How many social workers have said this to parents in the last 3 years. What action would the LA take if a social worker was caught saying this.

2. Social workers said that me reporting abuse to police is emotional abuse and a risk to a child

How many social workers have said this to parents in the last 3 years. What action would the LA take if a social worker was caught saying this.

3. Social Workers have said that I am not allowed to speak to my MP. Social workers have said my child will be removed from my care if i speak to my MP. My MP has said I am not the first person to report this.

How many social workers have said this to parents in the last 3 years. What action would the LA take if a social worker was caught saying this.

4. I have made complaints, they have been refused to be answered. I have been told that complaints are to be answered in meetings (regarding social workers fabricating evidence, lying, misconduct etc) but in meetings I am told to make complaints, BUT if I do make complaints this is a high risk to a child and the child will be removed from my care.

How many social workers have said this to parents in the last 3 years. What action would the LA take if a social worker was caught saying this.

5. Social workers have told me to report everything, seek medical attention where needed or do other thinks to which I have done - but then social workers HAVE DENIED telling me that they told me what to do and used it in reports that I have done something and it is concerning.

How many social workers have said this to parents in the last 3 years. What action would the LA take if a social worker was caught saying this.

On reading media, several FOI, and news the balance of probabilities social workers appalling behaviour is happening throughout Essex or the UK and must be trained to do this from managers or government - is this classed as criminal activity?

Look at Baby P - the dad reported concerns and social workers ignored him and fabricated stuff about him. He is now dead.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Injustice

Dear Essex County Council,

I did forget to add and am wondering if Essex CC could explain this but I did read in an article that a service users signature was forged (evident that the social worker knew it was forged as the service user was not present when the social worker delivered the letter, more to the point , if she delivered the letter). The child got adopted. Essex CC had no concerns of this social workers behaviour and the corruption around this case. Is this right - i wonder if you could get the CEO of ECC to answer this question.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Injustice

Dear Essex County Council,

Thank you for your reply.

These are actual case studies taken from interviewing parents, citing secret recordings of social workers, citing evidence of corruption, and citing newspaper articles by media about social services.

These are case studies that have happened within several councils within the Essex /Kent area.

One parent was ordered to be supervised by a judge on recommendations from social services for "future risk to their child" for reporting to the police a social worker that went to hit and verbally attacked a friend who was a professional for NSPCC. This professional challenged the social worker stating that placing a pillow over a child's head and trying to kill the child is a risk but the LA and social services did not think it was a risk. The NSPCC lady also challenged the social worker stating that the disclosures the child was making along with finger nail marks within the vagina was a risk to the child and indicates abuse, social worker and LA did not think it was a risk, but the parent reporting it was the risk.

The concerned parents child (who reported the other parent and their family members) was removed (or illegally snatched) and passed to the parent that tried to kill the child. Social services used it against the concerned parent for reporting the social workers behaviour to the police and the concerned parent was deemed a risk to the child for reporting this.

These cases are not unique within Essex and Kent; it seems to be happening throughout the UK where social services are snatching parents reporting abuse and placing them to abusers. we are looking for answers.

Another child was removed because one of the parents had cerebral palsy, the father able bodied, her mother, a millionaire offered to pay for a nanny but social services refused.

Another worked for NHS, his wife deaf. Social services removed the child because he worked 65 hours a week and social services said if the child cried she would not hear the child cry. The house was fully adapted to compensate (sensors that flash) this but social services still removed the child.

Another child was removed because the mother took the child to hospital for something minor -

ALL CHILDREN ABOVE HAVE BEEN ABUSED IN ONE SHAPE OR FORM IN FOSTER CARE BUT SOCIAL SERVICES DONT SEE IT TO BE A PROBLEM

We, as a team, am asking that if you believe that social services and their legal teams are corrupt and twist reports, cover up mistakes, we urge you to become a whistle blower, support your MP to vote in John Hemmings Bill on 26th October 2012

We have also seen, through research, online magazines such as community care that social services are becoming worried that social services corruption has come to light that social workers pictures and details are being exposed for their illegal and vile actions

It will not be long before social services will be fully exposed.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Injustice
