Dear Conwy County Borough Council,
Please provide details of the Councils collection service to collect social services
equipment no longer needed due to a patient no longer needing it (e.g.
if they have died, or been treated and no longer use it)?
- how many items were collected in 2016-17 and 2017-18?
- what is the cost/budget for this service, and what analysis has been undertaken as to the value for money it provides?
Please provide details of the Council's procedure to follow up when equipment may no
long be needed, e.g. if a patient death has been reported, or if it
was provided for treatment for a specific length of time?
