We are currently using - Hootsuite Enterprise Social Media Management Platform

2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with the supplier:
2 year call-off contract. Start date: 17/02/2022 End date: 16/02/2024

3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date:
£23,000 annual upfront payment for 25 licenses shared across group companies including NDA, Magnox, Dounreay, Nuclear Transport Solutions and Sellafield.

4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract? This falls within the Communications Directorate
