I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the information requested below.

The details we require are:

1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier?

2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with the supplier

3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date

4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

The Scottish Civil Justice Council's (SCJC) main functions are to prepare draft rules of procedure for the civil courts and to advise the Lord President on the development of the civil justice system in Scotland. As such, I am afraid the Scottish Civil Justice Council is not involved in the procurement of IT contracts etc. and so the information sought is not held by the SCJC.

The SCJC's administrative support (people, buildings, procurement, IT) is undertaken by the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) and so for any information on contracts held centrally by SCTS, you may wish to make a request to SCTS directly via [email address]
