Thank you for your information request sent to NHS North West London
Integrated Care Partnership regarding social media management. The
Partnership is not a separate NHS entity but forms part of the Integrated
Care System. The NW London Integrated Care Board is the formal NHS
organisation and its details are below.

Currently setting up Social Pilot.

2)         If so, what tools do you use?

Will be Social Pilot (to cover 4 social media platforms).

3)         How much do you spend annually on a Social media management
tool?

Still being set.

4)         Which month & year does your contract with your supplier end?

Still being set.

 

5)         Do you use a social listening / media monitoring platform?

No

 

6)         If so, what tools do you use?

7)         How much do you spend annually on a social listening / media
monitoring tool?

8)         Which month & year does your contract with your supplier end?
