Our response:
1) We do not use a social media management platform.
Questions 2) – 4) are therefore not applicable.
5) We do not use a social listening / media monitoring platform.
Questions 6) – 8) are therefore not applicable.
Question 9) is also not applicable as we have no contracts to manage.
