The Joint Committee on Surgical Training (JCST) is part of the Royal
College of Surgeons of England and works on behalf of the four UK and
Irish Royal Surgical Colleges. The Freedom of Information Act does not
cover the JCST or any of the four Royal Surgical Colleges. I regret to
inform you that we are not able to provide the information you have
requested.
