I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request dated 28
September 2022.

For ease of reference, I have reproduced your questions below and set out
our corresponding responses.

 1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier?

We do not carry out social management or monitoring in Cardiff University.
However, our Communications & Marketing team does monitor mentions of
Cardiff University, including those made on social media platforms.  Our
social media listening tool, [1]Pulsar tracks keywords and institutional
mentions in publicly available posts across multiple online platforms
(including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) in order to measure
engagement with our communications activity and in relation to reputation
management. 

 2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with supplier

Purchase orders issued between 17^th April 2019 – 30h March 2022.

 3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date

Spend to date £48,646.64

 4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
this contract?
