Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

Can you tell me who sits on the social media board?

Can you publish the minutes of the board?

Yours faithfully,

Abdul Hai

Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

This is not part of the FOI but the chair of the social media board should be aware that when I was blocked the matter was handled by Raju Miah and not one of the 5 members of the communications management team which included John McDermott who was paid £459.40 a day.

Raju Miah is a communications assistant.

Managers deal with complaints or serious matters like this.

Maybe the chair could raise this in the next meeting? I will contact them about this when I find out who they are.

Yours faithfully,

Abdul Hai

The social media board makes policy for example that Twitter accounts should not be blocked but yet it does not have formal minutes is a disgrace.

Dear Jane Jones,

Thanks Jane I will be contact the Monitoring Officer about this.

Yours sincerely,

Abdul Hai

Dear Jane Jones,

It does not solely consider setting up of new social media accounts. According to another FOI it considers things like whether accounts should be blocked or not. https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/3...

Yours sincerely,

Abdul Hai

Dear Jane Jones,

I am not requesting an internal review as there would be very little point in this.

Yours sincerely,

Abdul Hai
