I am writing to request an internal review of North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Social Media'.

I originally sent a FOI request on 13/7 and received a response on 9/8.
Of the 5 questions only 4 had been addressed.
No 1 requested a copy of your social media policy and although the response stated it was attached, I could not see that it was.

On 13/8 I therefore requested this to be forwarded, however, I have received no communication at all, therefore I am asking for an internal review of the this request.
