I am writing in response to your request for information below.

 

Please see the council's response below

1) In relation to Locata how many people are on Band A for Medical
Emergency - 38
      a) How long have people waited in Band A for medical emergence
before they are rehoused. - This information is not held in a reportable
manner and would require a full manual search of every family housed via
our waiting list. 

We decline to provide a response pursuant to section 12 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FOIA) which states that a Public Authority is not
obliged to respond to a request for information under section 1 of the
FOIA where it estimates that the cost of doing so would 'exceed the
appropriate limit'.  The 'appropriate limit', as laid down in the Freedom
of Information and Data Protection (Fees and Appropriate Limit)
Regulations 2004 (the 'Regulations'), is £450 which equates to 18 hours
work. 

 

2) From January 2018 until December 2019
     a) How many people have been rehoused in a
         3 Bedroom Lets = 115

         4 Bedroom Lets = 43

         5 Bedroom = Nil

 

 

If you wish to request an internal review of our response you should
write, within 2 months, to:
