Dear Liverpool City Council,

I would be grateful if you could please provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:
• Total number (absolute and full-time equivalent) of employees undertaking tenancy fraud investigations and prosecutions
• Total number (absolute and full-time equivalent) of professionally accredited counter fraud specialists
• Amount spent on the investigation and prosecution of all tenancy fraud
• Total number of all tenancy fraud cases investigated
• Total number of sublet cases investigated (if able to provide a separate figure)
• Total number of all tenancy fraud cases detected
• Total number of sublet cases detected (if able to provide a separate figure)
• Number of prosecutions brought under the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act (2013)
• Number of occasions (cases) powers under the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013 to obtain evidence
• Number of prosecutions brought under the Fraud Act (2006) for tenancy fraud, where powers under the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013 to obtain evidence were used
• Total number of properties recovered through the civil courts (from tenancy fraud including sublet)
• Total number of properties recovered after tenancy fraud investigation (without the need for civil action)

The information is required for the financial years 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20.
